SHIPPING POLICY

Online Shopping Local Delivery Service
- For orders less than HK$600, freight collect (approximately HK$30-50) will be collected by SF Express.
- For orders of HK$600 or above (the total amount is calculated after deducting all discounts), you can enjoy free shipping to SF stores/industrial and commercial addresses in various districts in Hong Kong.
- For details of SF Express shipping charges, please check the SF Express website.
- If the delivery address you fill in is an SF store/industrial and commercial address in any district in Hong Kong, we will send it by SF Express.
• Shipping costs for overseas orders are calculated based on our company's standards.
• Some areas require additional remote delivery fees.
 
Order shipping time
- Each online order can only be shipped to the designated address once.
- All ready-made products will be shipped to you within two working days after completing the order.
- If the order contains in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will wait for all the items to arrive before sending them out together. If the customer wants to send the physical goods first, they can choose to place separate orders or pay the shipping fee.
- The company's pre-ordered products are divided into arrivals at the beginning of the month, the middle of the month, and the end of the month. -During the 31st), the goods will be inspected, packed and shipped within 3-5 working days after arriving at the port.
- For pre-ordered products with a specified cut-off date, if the customer has passed the cut-off date to enter the number, the pre-order time needs to be transferred to the next cut-off date. The company will not notify you separately. Please be sure to include it in the order after placing the order The number will be added within the pre-order days.
- Some pre-order products will be shipped within 7 to 14 working days after payment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Out of stock money back guarantee
We set up a dedicated procurement team to improve delivery speed and product management. Once it is confirmed that the goods ordered by the customer are out of stock in Korea, we will notify the customer within the shortest possible time (about 2-3 working days). Notify via email or whatsapp and refund all relevant funds. Let customers keep abreast of the latest status of orders.
 
Damaged goods or incorrect payment
If the customer has obvious non-human damage or wrong style within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will help the customer to replace the same goods (only the same style, same size and color) after receiving the returned goods. Generally, the time required to replace goods depends on the type of goods. For example, goods shipped directly from the Korean official website take 5-12 working days. If the product has been removed from the shelves, is out of stock or cannot be replaced for other reasons, we will refund to the customer.
 
Overdue pickup
Customers who purchase all the goods in the store, if the delivery is overdue, SF Express and warehouses will incur storage charges. This fee shall be borne by the customer. All goods must be picked up within three days after delivery. If the delivery is overdue, SF Express will Return the goods to the store. When the customer retrieves the overdue goods, the customer needs to bear the storage fee and shipping fee. In addition, if the goods are overdue within three months from the date of shipment, the goods will be handled by the store itself, and no processing will be made via further notice.
